Photographer / Assistant Photographer

Location: Hà Nội, TP.HCM

A fit for people with a good eye, who can work with non-professional subjects and keep steady energy throughout a shoot.

  • Shoot portraits, profiles, family, áo dài or travel portraits following each brand's guidelines.
  • Direct posing and coordinate with makeup, stylists, consultants and retouchers to keep the experience seamless.
  • Care for equipment, set up lighting, manage original files and hand them over according to the agreed process.

Makeup Artist / Beauty Educator

Location: Hà Nội, TP.HCM

A fit for people who understand each client's natural features, create clean and refined makeup, and can guide students through practice.

  • Do makeup for personal, profile, áo dài and family shoots, as well as corporate workshops.
  • Teach personal makeup, Personal Color and guide learners through hands-on practice within the curriculum.
  • Standardise tools, hygiene, cosmetics and the before, during and after experience for each class or shoot.
Post-production

Retoucher / Photo Editor

Location: Hybrid

A fit for refined editors who preserve real skin texture, real emotion and the distinct style of each brand.

  • Retouch portrait, profile, family, beauty and travel images to the standards of each brand.
  • Coordinate with photographers to align color, lighting, turnaround time and final file quality.
  • Manage presets, delivery folders, common defect checklists and customer revision feedback.
Consultation and studio operations

Studio Consultant / Customer Care

Location: Hà Nội, TP.HCM

A fit for clear communicators who advise based on real needs, never oversell, and take care of customers attentively.

  • Help customers choose the right service, location, shoot schedule, course or workshop for their needs.
  • Track schedules, confirm details, coordinate the team and handle any changes before appointments.
  • Capture customer feedback, take care of clients after the service, and route them to the right person when deeper support is needed.
Ecosystem marketing

Content / Social / Brand Executive

Location: Hà Nội, TP.HCM or hybrid

A fit for people who can tell stories through images, write tightly, understand service brands and care about real data.

  • Develop content for the website, social, customer stories, press, recruitment and brand campaigns.
  • Work with the studios to gather real raw material: photos, behind-the-scenes, reviews, customer insights and B2B cases.
  • Track content performance, update landing pages and keep brand information consistent across the ecosystem.
Branch operations

Studio Operations / Branch Coordinator

Location: Hà Nội, TP.HCM

A fit for detail-oriented people who love hands-on operations, can keep the space, team schedule and customer experience consistently in shape.

  • Manage room scheduling, wardrobe, equipment, supplies, studio cleaning and open and close-of-day checklists.
  • Coordinate customers, photographers, makeup artists, consultants and post-production through the working day.
  • Track issues at the branch, report promptly and propose process improvements.
